Los Encinos Parent Association welcomes and integrates new families into the school community and provides communication between the old and the new families. The Parent Association promotes a sense of community within the school by including all parents and inviting participation in our events throughout the year.

The Parent Association has approximately 18 committees. The committees sponsor events at the school such as a Halloween Carnival, Pot Luck Dinner (with a library book fundraiser), Teacher Appreciation Lunch, and Grandparents/Special Friends Day. In addition, the Parent Association participates in a Shopping for Students program at the Westfield Mall in Sherman Oaks and Dining for Dollars at local restaurants.

The Los Encinos Parent Association holds meetings on the first Friday of every month. Parents are encouraged to attend these meetings to discuss school events. Room parents are also available contacts in regards to school information.
